Returns or refunds:
You may return your purchases to Lingenfelter Performance Engineering, Inc. for exchange, excluding shipping expenses within 15 days of invoice date. Items returned for refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Lingenfelter Performance Engineering, Inc. will not accept any items that have been installed, modified or damaged. Items must be returned in original packaging. Software, videos and computer reprogramming devices or scanners must be returned unopened. Please call the sales department to get your RGA number before returning the product. Returns will not be accepted without the RGA number.

Customers should properly pack and insure the shipment. NO CODS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Special order items are not returnable. Please allow 30 days for the refund to be completed.
Special orders and custom wheels from HRE, Forgeline or Fikse cannot be returned. Once the order is placed and your 50% deposit is retained, it cannot be cancelled.
Items purchased with a core charge are eligible for a core return refund. These items, such as cylinder heads, throttle bodies and intake manifolds, can be returned with in 15 days. Please call to get your RGA number before returning the core.

Transaction currency is U.S. dollars.
Exports to countries outside of the USA will be via money wire transfer or Paypal® with authorized address only. No credit cards will be accepted without prior authorization and address verification. Shipping outside of the USA will be freight collect only for shipping and any duties or taxes. Orders placed will be shipped the same day if the item is in stock and the order is placed before 2:00 p.m. (EST). Your credit card will only be authorized until the day of shipping funds will not be captured until your order leaves for delivery.
All consumer information will be kept strictly confidential and never released. Credit card numbers and customer information are not retained on this site and are securely transmitted to our credit card gateway. Site security is via Thawte SSL certificate #40:14:18.
