If you have recently purchased a product from Lingenfelter, you may return your purchases to Lingenfelter Performance Engineering for refund or exchange, excluding shipping expenses within 15 days of invoice date.

Product returns are not accepted for any items that have been installed, modified or damaged. Items must be returned in original packaging. Special ordered items cannot be returned. Lingenfelter must be informed of any damaged shipments or missing items within 48 hours of receipt.

If you have a Lingenfelter branded product that you are returning under warranty the above information will not apply. Please be specific when describing the problem with the Lingenfelter branded product.

You must fill out and submit this form to be eligible to return your item. Once you submit the form you will be emailed a copy to include with the product you are returning. Returns will not be accepted without the product return submission filled out & sent with product.

Additional Information

Any item not normally stocked for sale by LPE would be considered a special order. Special ordered items not limited to but including headers, exhaust systems & custom wheels cannot be returned. Once the special order is placed and your 50% deposit is retained, it cannot be cancelled. Electronic devices, including Autocal devices, cannot be returned.

Items purchased with a core charge are eligible for a core return refund can be returned within 45 days.

Customers should properly pack and insure the shipment. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be completed. Some items may be subject to a 20% handling charge.
