ACS RTM composite C7 Corvette Stingray Zero7 Side Rocker panels enhance your car�s aerodynamics at high speeds and look great without lowering the ride height of your vehicle. Fully prepped and primed the C7 Corvette Stingray Side Rockers are smoothly moulded using a RTM composite process that makes rough edges a thing of the past.

The installation process takes only 30 minutes per side, using the mechanical fastener kit supplied and avoiding the use of messy adhesives or double-sided tape.

The ACS Resin Transfer Molding technology creates a part of OEM quality. Fiberglass is injected into a mold and then compressed under high pressure. This manufacturing method creates a panel that is smooth on both sides with a consistent thickness across the entire surface. Panels are then trimmed using a CNC robotic water jet for a clean, smooth cut on every part. The result is better fitting panel, reducing body shop installation & fitment times.
