When using GM Gen IV and V V8 engine blocks in applications that will not be using Active Fuel Management AFM, Displacement On Demand DOD or the AFM/DOD lifters you must block the oil flow passages in the block. If you do not do so you will have a significant internal oil leak causing low oil pressure problems. This kit includes special M8 blind sealing plugs for plugging the AFM/DOD holes in GM Gen IV and V V8 engine blocks.
